VIEWINGS

All viewings will be pre-arranged with you. We will be happy to carry out accompanied viewings if required. After each and every viewing we will as soon as possible contact you to let you know how the viewing went and to discuss any comments made by the prospective purchaser.

OFFER RECIEVED

When an offer is received we will firstly establish the position of the prospective purchaser and their ability to proceed. All offers will then be discussed with you and confirmed in writing to all parties as required by current legislation. We will always give you our best advice of how to respond to an offer and of course negotiate in your best interests.

SALE AGREED

When a sale has been agreed we will confirm everything to all parties including solicitors. This can often be the most stressful part of the whole transaction. We pride ourselves on having a dedicated and highly experienced team who will monitor the sale through to completion and keep you fully informed throughout.

COMPLETION

On completion day we will liaise with your solicitor to establish legal completion has taken place. We will then inform all parties and if we are holding keys arrange for these to be passed to your purchaser. If we do not hold keys we are happy for you to leave your keys with us when you have vacated.
